Many of us live too much in our heads, over-thinking and anxious. Over time, we’ve become disconnected from our bodies, only hearing when it cries for attention with pain or illness.
On top of all that, I believe many of us have become increasingly detached from our natural habitat; the earth.
We spend too much time indoors, inactive. We don’t make time to walk among the trees, barefoot, with the sun on our face. We don’t make time to feel the wind in our hair, or to gaze up at the stars. We’ve lost our connection to the moon and the seasons. However, we are animals, dependent on this connection to survive and thrive, to be healthy and content.
Thankfully, all is not lost.

I can help you re-establish your connection to your body, nature and the earth.
I offer therapeutic and remedial treatments such as massage and reflexology, working with people of all ages. To strengthen this connection, I also draw on other disciplines and practices, such as reiki, crystal therapy, NLP, EFT, meditation, breathing techniques, life coaching, visualisation and oracle card readings.

I work from a little cabin surrounded by trees within the grounds of The Old Mine House, Dartmoor, Devon. I also practise in a couple of other venues around Tavistock.
